My body is at 40 percent recovery….I need 2 more hours of sleep for 100 percent on my sleep…only 10.5 on strain today…so…walking and light weights…just to get a pump in…and to get movement as well…
Waking up to thunder in the area…rain has pretty well gone thru…have my windows open…was 72 at 4am..when I got up…
Plan today…resistance bands…upper body..and kettle bell biceps…counter pushups…just workouts to keep the body moving….
