Instead getting ready to go walking the halls…1 case of Covid yesterday..just looking to see…there will be a paper stop sign on door….and I just enjoyed my walking yesterday morning….
Check up at doctor yesterday…he’s a healthy doctor…that’s what I like the most about him…I can talk to him..and he gets it…he to uses resistance bands…lol
I’m thinking winter is creeping closer…52 this morning…but the days are in the 70-80… nice for enjoying the sun rays in the morning…yesterday soaked up some of that sun…plan to get more today,..
Well….gotta get to moving…
