Just crawled off the trainer…lol…listened to this as I rode…can’t watch video when zwift is on screen…probably a good thing….but didn’t pick this one for video…like the upbeat of music…and it’s a longer music workout…

52 miles in 3 days…might have to up my miles per week…been hittin 70 most weeks…always changing the challenges…got to…to improve…got to keep growing….
Sleeping pattern has changed..getting 7 plus hours..but recovered enough to be in green on whoop…kinda thinking when I needed 9 hours or so a few weeks ago..I was fighting off something…even though I didn’t show signs of anything….just kno energy level is back up again…plus starting to hit over 6000 …in steps…so time to up that as well….feels great to have the extra energy again…
