Love every single ingredient here. Lamb is probably my favorite meat. Any sort of fig goo as a glaze or sauce always gets my attention. We are working through the 3-lbs of mushrooms I bought on Saturday. I made a spicy miso cabbage slaw yesterday that looks remarkably like that. I'll post a pic. If there was a way you could charge a buck for me to see your posts every day, I'd gladly pay it. Team SK17 has definitely got it goin' on.
