This one's for Bear. I could not finish my morning oatmeal, so I turned in into a smoothie/shake, adding almond milk, chocolate protein and peanut butter powder.

That's a great idea Becky!!! I've been having chocolate PB smoothies lately. I should add oats soon!

Bear 🐻, they do tend to settle at the bottom of the blender, but worth it for the fiber. I would use uncooked, unless it's leftover from breakfast. 😋
