Fasting a.m. blood sugar 155; weight 168.7
Plan: DietDr 5 week keto challenge/IF/exercise
I seem to be going the wrong direction on the weight. Will try harder to follow the challenge this coming week. Have been tempted by too many peanuts today and trail mix yesterday. Those are trigger foods for me, so I will try to avoid them this week. Time for hubby to hide them from me. Ate some satsumas for breakfast, then leftover bacon cheeseburger casserole with celery sticks for lunch, leftover veggie soup for supper, with some deli turkey. Was craving bread so I ate some 70 calorie sprouted bread. Gave in to too many cravings today!
Planted three blackberry bushes in the orchard today, just in time for the rain and warmer weather expected next week. The lettuce I planted in peat pots on the back porch is already sprouting. I should be able to plant it outside in a few weeks.
Have not ridden stationary bike since I fell the other day. Time to get back on it. That keeps me focused!
