Woke at 229.3, up 1.1 from yesterday. No workout this morning. Spotty sleep. UPDATE: A little tuna and sardines and lunch and good water movement today. Got to 226.3 before dinner. Ate breadless meatloaf and Brussels sprouts, and finished under 1000 calories for the day.
