It was ok. I guess if you have a good burger bun and some toppings it would be real nice. Not great eating it plain like I did 7/10 maybe

Be careful. These 'plant based' pseudo-meats are highly processed and include questionable ingredients. Better to eat high quality grass-fed, anti-biotic free beef.

Some people wrap a party in lettuce leaves and add the "fixings" to give it more of a hamburger feel. 🎄

I'd sacrifice more calories and up the wine glass a bit (LOL but a little truth there)... this is the second time I've enjoyed your presentations and choices.

I’ve learned that simple, real foods (mostly veggies)with plant based protein processed or not does the trick for me. It’s easy to prep, flavorful and filling. You can flavor veggies in so many ways, you can cook them mushy, crunchy etc. I don’t spend a lot of time cooking but really love everything I eat. I’ve had to retrain my taste buds some from eating lots of salty, fatty fake foods. It’s a process.
