Curvaceous Cutey's Journal, 30 November 2020

I Started a Challenge! In order to keep on track with my goals as well as be more involved in the FS community. It will start in 7 days. The challenge is to lose up to 25lbs in 12 weeks. Remember it's not a sprint but a marathon. All are welcome! Weigh in once a week or more if you'd like. I will post again on start day.

I can't join because 2lbs a week is not my goal, but good for you starting a challenge :)

Laughing Chèvre - Cutey said lose “up to 25.” You could set your goal for 6 pounds in 12 weeks or anything you want. I set mine at 12 in 12 weeks. Lose more - I’m happy. Lose less - well I still lost something and I’m happy. Even if I maintain & don’t gain, it’s good!

Best wishes to all of you who join Cutey❣️👍 1-2 lbs / week is a very good clip for reducing weight. I also like that it's not more than 2lb/week as this should be more sustainable.

You can join through the desktop version Baby Monkeh. All you have to do is open fatsecret through your browser on your phone or computer. Go to challenges, select this challenge and click join.😊

Joanna you can't use the app to join the challenge. You'll have to use your phone's browser or a computer. It's the 4th tab when you log in. Click on challenges, select this challenge and click join. I hope this helps.😊
