Lol it looks like mostly proteins and fats not so much carbs so probably it’s the water retention you want to get rid off ;-). Go for some sweaty exercises ;-)

So don’t worry to much ;-) count the kcal and trace the macros and if you are doing well just don’t worry too much about water retention 🙏🏽
