Stop watching the news. I've been working out inside. I have faith, you can do this. #noexcuses ♥️❗

work out at home. take a walk around your neighborhood or yard. Start spring cleaning etc. We can always find something to do. We spent yesterday calling and texting old friends.

I know!! I work from home (with my husband)... I asked him to pretend I wasn't here for at least 10 hours (hahaha) .... after 3 hours, he asked me to go golfing... we went and had a great time! The weather has been dreary.... I WILL GET MOTIVATED! I pulled out the DVD player, and have some old pilates and tae bo, and have yoga on tv and Gilad.... I WILL GET MOTIVATED... It took me 3 years to loose almost 30 lbs... I freaked when I weighed in this morning! (MOTIVATION IN ITS SELF!!) Thanks for encouragement!! :)

It’s ok. One does not have to exercise to lose weight. It’s all about calorie control

Since I stopped watching so much news my stress level has dropped tremendously. I now allow one hour of news a day (not too late at night). I hope you can find a way to reduce your stress too. In a time when we have so little control of our lives, we can still control what goes into our mouths. Good luck my friend. 🌈

Controlling anxiety is tough but you are not alone, we are all in the same boat. Instructions and guidelines are changing often, not because the powers that be are stupid but because of evolving information. Follow the news enough to keep up on changes, but avoid staying glued to the TV. Not good for our mental health. Social distance, and WASH YOUR HAND. I am not able to post any kind of pictures on FS. Program is so screwed up, but if you follow FB there are some instructions floating around on how to make a no sew mask out of a Walmart bandana and a couple of ponytail holders. Better than nothing.. Hang in there. It is what it is and we will somehow get through it.
