Salads, extra meat, egg beaters for omelette, tuna salad( homemade) olive oils, nuts. It may suit you better to go with HPLC high protein low carb. You can find so much to enjoy

Chicken salad (homemade) any poultry including steak. Use a George Foreman. Add Cheerios, golden ground flax to meals, more ground turkey and chicken. Fruits, veggies just keep in mind the calories as well.

Look up whole30 recipes which is similar to keto but no dairy. Skip the recipes that use fruit and fruit juice as a sweetener, and those with potatoes and sweet potatoes.

I have been keto for over a year. I tend to eat simple and try super recipes once in a while. Today I wil will have fish with onions with cream sauce and greens with vinaigrette again and maybe some cauliflower. You can find your groove.
