Woke at 231.0, up 1.6 from yesterday. Ate some mixed nuts yesterday that obviously are continuing the water retention from the weekend’s big meals. I have three after hours events this week. I may need to do a fasting weekend starting on Friday. UPDATE: Of course, I had back to back meetings all day, and of course the water decided to depart! I had to excuse myself several times, but I came home at 228.2, despite eating a large steak dinner out with a friend.
