God this diet thing is so hard. Feel like giving up. Just can’t seem to stay on track and stay motivated
264.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 95.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

changing eating habits to healthy foods and proper portions seems to be one of the hardest things to do. keep on going.

I take advantage of groups fitness or home workout routines from Amazon Prime whenever I feel motivation take a dip. Works great, and I can schedule the workouts when I know I’m likely to go off the rails.

I’m a pretty straight shooter so don’t take this the wrong way. Losing weight is hard, hell yeah. Being obese? Even harder. You must choose your “hard”. Do you like what you see? Are you healthy? Do you sleep well? Do you have lots of energy? Only you know those answers and make decisions accordingly. You got this. Keep logging everything you eat, weight, measure it all. Every bite. Until you have a good understanding of your caloric intake. Then do a bit research on how many kcals you should eat to lose. One step at a time, think long term and not quick fixes. You got this. There is a tremendous amount of support, knowledge and opinions here on FS. You got this.

Which part of it is hard? Define that, and make small changes so it's not so overwhelming and can be a part of your life rather than a temporary diet.
