Woke at 232.4, down 2.6 from yesterday. Lunch at a business event today, and then drinks and dinner at another after hours. Last day of the month. Probably will not hit 229 pound goal but lost a solid 5 pounds in April. UPDATE: Two great meals today and the last one was very late. Weighed 239.4 coming in the door due to the late meal and drinks. Finished the month at an average of 1561 calories per day and a burn of 2855 per day. Will do the same alternate day fasting in May.
