You change is amazing! I love your outfit ❤ 

I earned new shoes. I have noticed about every 60 pounds I need new shoes. Can hardly wait until I get to maintenance... then my inner "shoe whore" will shine and laugh with glee! 

Wow 107 pounds! Amazing! Great Work! Congratulations :) 

That is fantastic!! Congratulations - you look great. What have I earned? I am 4 sizes smaller - woo hoo!  

I can exercise like someone 25 years younger! I lift heavier weight than most in my class, and can stay above my target heart rate for over 50 minutes. That is what I earned...and down 4 sizes as well! Congrats to you!  

As someone who used to be well over 300 pounds, I know how hard it is to lose a huge amount of weight when you're really heavy. I've been there and I understand just how much effort you must have put in. You're doing an amazing job. Keep at it, and you will get your dream body. I have no doubt you will get there. We are cheering for you.

I love this post! I love your attitude! I gained freedom from addiction! I gained motherhood! I became a wife! I gained good sleep at night and the ability to truly sit and relax! Sex (!) Confidence (!) and a figure! You’re giving yourself the greatest gift you could possibly ever give! 

Congratulations, dear! I "earned" (by losing) a place in many conversations and social settings for which I was not ever included when I was 160 lbs heavier. 

Congratulations, you look amazing! @371to184, i don't doubt that is true, and it makes me so mad for you! I am slowly recovering my health an confidence through this journey, so that is what i would say i am gaining.
