Woke at 226.0, down 2.6 from yesterday. Entering day 4 of a water fast. At this point, I plan to do tomorrow too. Nice fellow passenger on the bus insisted I take a small bag of Halloween candy. I’ll give it to my staff. UPDATE: About to head out the door from work. So busy today that I didn't think about eating once. Did not get any hunger pangs either. Going to go for one more day and make it a true 5-day fast to wrap up the month. Good friend has invited me to dinner on Thursday night so I will be eating in style when I begin again! UPDATE: Got in at 7 pm. Weighed 224.4 to finally make the official weigh in go in the downward direction! Body water still high.

@CrashtestDawnie - Now you see why I always do 5 days. In 5 days you WILL drop weight. I am 3 days into my 'no solid food fast' and haven't dropped a pound… yet. By Saturday morning I expect to be down at least 4lbs.
