Woke at 228.6, up 3.4 after another day over calories and carbs. Definitely doing OMAD today if not alternate day fasting. UPDATE: Fasted until dinner for the first time in a while. Got down to 226.6 before that. Ate a big spinach salad with sardines to break the fast.
