@febri..kalau disini mudah carinya.tapi kalau kamu sempet bikin,bisa juga bikin sendiri..susu kedelai + kacang almond yg sudah di sangrai trs diancurin.rebus bareng sama susunya.nah ngrebusnya pakai api kecil.jadi gak ngrusak susu nya

@febri.. saya di makau sist. sist saya saranin saja,klw sedang diet mending hindari dlu mkanan olahan.entah itu kue,biskuit,cake lowkcal,oatmeal instan,cereal instan. jd klw pgin ngemil,cba km ngemil keju lowfat j,mkn 1 bosen deh. klw gk km bikin popcorn sendiri..bli jagungnya ja. kn km bisa taruh rasa nya sendiri. klw susu almond mgkin di supermarket gede ada sist.waktu itu ada yg upload di fs
