I am fasting today and tomorrow then going back on induction keto. I WILL break this stall. I don't know what started it, except Tom maybe, but I know how to get moving down again. I also completed a full workout today upper body, posturing, and even some leg work. I love weights maybe that is why I gained during the years. When I was younger (in 20's) I had a home weight bench like the one I found, and I worked on it regularly. It was my goto for stress relief, for exercise, for alone time, for peace of mind. Then when I moved for uptenth time in my 30's, it didn't come with me and that was the end until now.
So I am making a mini goal for myself - when I hit 170 I get something off plan, then again at 150 and 130. For every 20# loss, I get a treat. Knowing me as I do it will most likely be nothing outrageous probably a cheesecake fat bomb or peanut butter...lol
