I am considering a change in WOE. I hate all the extra chemistry projects in the kitchen that get me a bread-ish textured omelette that stinks up the whole house. So much extra work and thought has to go into this and the results are seldom close to the product to be substituted. I'm thinking to go full on carnivore. Or close to it. Meat is meat you cook it you eat it you can't do much with it and there are no kitchen chemistry experiments. I still get bacon and butter and cheese. I actually like liver and heart but draw the line at brains. So organ meats are not off the menu. Liverwurst is a favorite though without the seeded mustard??? Pemmican is a favorite too. More research required. Dr. Barry has tried it as have many others... It could be the shoe in I need because... I'm lazy and I don't like to cook and the Panera girl looks at me like I HAVE LOST MY MIND when I go in for coffee. {large Americano +2 espresso shots I pour half in my carry off cup plop in my coconut oil gelatin and an egg and ask her to blend it}It is really fun when out driving on job #2 a different coffee shop every time. It is easy keto on the run eggs stay nice in the plastic case on ice. and if coffee doesn't cut it there's always Quick trip egg salad. I cant be the only one who doesn't like to cook.

I'm all about making eating as easy as possible. I haven't fooled around much trying to figure out substitutes for the things I like because then I dwell on it too much. I'm just eating real food, but less of it. My breakfasts are either a low sodium V8 + a hard-boiled egg, cottage cheese, or yogurt. Done. I'm trying to lower my cholesterol right now, so I'm having to re-think the dairy and eggs and that's annoying.

how many calories are in glasses?

I did not know glasses were Paleo. Kind of expensive by the ounce for my food budget. Good luck finding something you like! It's necessary for maintenance, for sure.

I just eat bread - but then I'm not trying to do keto or paleo or whatever sort of system someone thinks is how we should eat. But ya know, just keep it simple and do what works for you. This is something you'll need to do forever. If it's frustrating, you'll more likely quit. Enjoy the journey.

This is why I don't do Keto! Too much work goes into making substitutions. Plus, I like fruits and veggies, which have carbs! I simply limit the unrefined carbs, try to eat whole foods and eat small treats, enough to satisfy the craving without going crazy. Doesn't work for everyone, I know, but I don't like having to think so much about my food!

Enjoy all foods but be responsible.

Eat clean, proper portions, keep body in motion, and mouth shut, works for me. If it comes out of a box, bag, or can it is 95% likely not beneficial for you.

bwaaahaa are those your glasses? I don't have running water in my kitchen or hot water in the house so I hate cooking because the clean up is a pain! it doesn't matter of is keto or not, I suck at cooking lol. and the breads just add too many carbs for me. I'm seeing doc B on Wednesday! I never ate much bread. I totally relate, I'm not into spongy coconut 😂

Read your post with a big smile on my face. A lot of good will come your way. Carnivorous is so relaxing to do. I love it so much, that I have started giving away my kitchen gadget machines.

You clearly do not like to cook. There is so much that can be done to make meat tasty and different. Never heard of those fat things you are putting in your coffee. I will stick to half and half or go to full cream whatever is best.

I’m a baker and still can’t make coconut flour to turn out edible so don’t feel bad :D I rarely eat any processed foods like that though. Just meats, fats, nuts and veggies oh and cheese
