Ingredients
Directions
- Place artichokes, olives and olive brine in baking dish, add thighs on top. In mixing bowl, combine numeric 2 tsp, 2 tsp garlic, 1 tsp min, 1 tsp coriander and salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle spice blend over thighs and top each thigh with small dollop of butter about 3/4 tsp.
- Cut half of lemon into thin rounds and place them around the pan, squeeze the other half over the entire pan. Sprinkle with the red chili flakes.
- Bake covered for 20 minutes then remove the lid and bake for another 15 minutes
