A mix of potatoes, green beans and tomatoes.



  1. Par boil potatoes and green beans. Drain well.
  2. Saute in olive oil with garlic.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
  4. Simmer for 30-60 minutes.
