Crab Corn Bisque

Delicious creamy bisque with vegetables and crab meat.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sauté celery, finely chopped green onion, and finely chopped green pepper in 1/4 stick of butter until soft.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients, except for the crab meat, and heat to a simmer.
  3. Add crab meat and heat thoroughly.
  4. Serve with warm sourdough rolls and hot sauce.
