BBQ Pork Fingers

A light version of yummy classic.



  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  2. Cut ribs in half, making pork fingers.
  3. Place pork fingers in an oven proof dish and bake in oven for 20 minutes.
  4. Mix together thoroughly BBQ sauce and vinegar.
  5. Coat ribs with sauce and continue to bake for 10 more minutes.

These were husband and I both loved them. They were very tender and full of flavor.

I made this for my parents and I. However, I used J.E.S Korean BBQ [less calories than Kraft] ( sauce gave it a lil bit of a kick. Very good.

I think you probably need more sauce than just two table spoons of bbq and four of Apple cider vinegar. Otherwise they dry out really easily in the oven.
