Zucchini Slice Bites

A great breakfast or snack with low sugar content.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a pan. Put chopped onions and bacon. Cook until the onion is translucent and the bacon is golden.
  2. Grate the zucchini, let stand for a few minutes, and squeeze to remove moisture.
  3. Mix everything in a large bowl.
  4. Spread the batter in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Let cool then slice into squares.
