Banana Oatmeal Cookies

A healthy, easy to prepare treat that will satisfy your craving.

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven at 350°F.
  2. Mash banana in a bowl. Finely chop walnuts. Mix together.
  3. Add oats, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Line baking tray with parchment paper. Measure out batter by tablespoons and flatten each into a round.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven then reduce temperature to 300°F. Flip cookies and bake for another 10 minutes. Let it cool in rack.
