Lembas Bread

A special type of bread from a fictional story that is actually satisfying.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl. Add butter and mix. Gradually add sugar and cinnamon to incorporate.
  2. Add cream, honey, and vanilla. Stir until a thick dough forms.
  3. Roll out dough until about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into squares and make an 'X' across the top of each.
  4. Bake at 425°F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool and serve.
