My weight was about 210 at the very end of March, 2011. I have acute asthma and have been on steroids for lots of years. I've gained over 90 lbs. in 16 years while on these meds and now I'm committed to lose as much as possible so I'm closer to what I used to weigh (sheesh! almost half of myself). Maybe I won't be able to lose the whole 90, but 75 or 80 would be excellent. I'll have to see how I feel as I try to eat more veggies and NO SUGAR. I'll always be on the asthma meds.
