I am a 61 year old man with a five year old daughter. She has inspired me to get back in shape. I had knee surgery in 2005 which also helped me get back to an active life. I started with walking and added bike riding and now I am still walking, running in itervals, riding my bike 75 to 100 miles a week (during spring, summer and fall ) weight lifting and playing with my daughter. I started at 262 lbs in april of 2005 and now I am 231 lbs. I seem to be at a 230 platau and trying to break thru it with this program. It is helping a great deal to track my food intake.
