Thank you for stopping to check my profile. As of right now I'm weight 214 lbs. I was at 222 lbs around July I had lost about 15 lbs but then the holiday's came and just stopped watching what I eat, so I gained a lot of it back. I'm not at 222 lbs, but am very close to it, if I dont watch what I eat. I think what may have contributed to my weight gain was, I had lost my will to keep on going. I guess I just didn't have the motivation anymore.
My Husband and I, have been married for 4 years, and just this passed year we started to try and have babies. We have been unsuccessful due to the fact that I am over weight. I have a condition called P.C.O.S. (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) which this makes it difficult to conceive naturally. My Doctor told me some woman who loose the weight tend to have a better chance of conceiving naturally than having to go through major fertility treatment's which that has given me my motivation now. I know I should want to loose weight, which I REALLLY DO, but sometimes I just get into this mode of "I DONT CARE" but that is all in my mind. I can control that and say U know what I DO CARE! I just have to keep reminding my self that I need this. Thank you all for listening and good luck to you and your health! Which is very important! :0)
