Stopped journaling and my weight loss went way down, I still managed to lose but I wasn't very mindful of my eating, didn't plan my meals especially my lunches very well and had several days of either unhealthy eating or no eating at all. I've got to keep journaling even though it seems time consuming its definitely worth it. Workouts are going well, I'm still not doing much cardio on my own like we agreed but I will get there, working out 3 times a week has really helped my recovery time and I'm starting to be in decent shape so double bonus. My goal is 10-15 lbs between now and April 30th.

Uggh, school and people are stressing me out. But I've been finding other ways to deal. I did some deep breathing and then I went for a drive and listened to music and looked at the mountains. I hate that I have all this school work but I knew what I was getting into. Either way I'm feeling surprisingly optimistic this week. I'm still enjoying my workouts and agreed to go from 2 to 3 a week. I think this will help me have a quicker recovery time and bump up my conditioning.
