I was able to continue regular workouts and planning meals has paid off!

really not much of a problem - - really!
I have changed. eating with discipline, turning things down, basically eliminated alcohol, mex food, desserts [at least the high calorie type]. I miss a few foods mentally, but nothing major.
on the plus side, I feel better already mentally and physically. amazing how quickly significant improvement occurs.
