Had a great week and even ate the new Spicy Chickfila Sandwich! I was off my schedule because of 4 days in Florida. I wasn't able to exercise like I wanted, and spent 4 days in restaurants, but all in all, I did well. My weight is lower than its been since summer of 2008. Another 7 lbs and I'll pass that too - good luck to all - keep plugging away and enjoy the journey!!.

I followed my plan to a 'T' but did not have a big loss this morning. Whatever, I'm happy. Have a great holiday weekend everybody!!

I knew I'd be down.....but not 6 lbs.....whoopwhoop!! I'm just trying every day to do right. I make plans, then follow them regarding all 3 meals and working out. Since I'm not eating huge meals I'll get hungry mid-morning and afternoon. Rather than just enduring, or snacking out, I eat fruit or celery. This is the lowest I've been in 18 months, and it feels GREAT!

got my exercise, bike, spin, walk, etc., refused all the sweets at work, and ate lots of salad and fresh vegetables, boneless skinless chicken breasts, turkey & lean ground beef. It's working - it's all up to me [and fatsecret's help].
