Alpinegirl, I started WW in September. It's been a pretty steady weight loss, although through the holidays I focused more on trying not to gain, rather than losing. I really didn't think this would work for me, so I was so happy when I was able to lose. Good luck to you and Nancy!

Hi, everyone! I'm new to fatsecret. I am following the Weight Watchers plan and have lost 35 pounds so far. Only 8 to go! I wish I had found this site 30 pounds ago.
I'm 46 (for the moment), not working at the moment, have a husband and a 22 year old son, and live in NJ.
