been trying to eat right....high fiber, low fat. going to Curves every day so far this week..but I'm tired today. Am I allowed to have a day where I can eat what I want and just be tired?

Joined Curves today to try their new fitness study for a month. my measurements weren't too too bad. BMI 21 and my body fat percentage was 24. Lets see if this changes after a month. A wedding dress is a great motivator!

I am making a resolution to do some sort of physical activity every day for at least two weeks and combine it with a good diet (whole grains, fruits and veggies, lean protein) and see what happens. I'm calling it my own phase one. I work full time and spend 8 hours a day on my feet so I've been finding it hard to motivate myself to move after a long day at work. Curves is just down the street from my workplace so I'm considering joining there and going after work. I'm going to drop in after work today and see what it's like.

VERY fustrating! Stepped on the scales this morning and I'm actually at 142.5! Am I the only person who has actally gained on Phase 1? grrrr...I so feel like having toast for breakfast now!
