I am making a resolution to do some sort of physical activity every day for at least two weeks and combine it with a good diet (whole grains, fruits and veggies, lean protein) and see what happens. I'm calling it my own phase one. I work full time and spend 8 hours a day on my feet so I've been finding it hard to motivate myself to move after a long day at work. Curves is just down the street from my workplace so I'm considering joining there and going after work. I'm going to drop in after work today and see what it's like.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 June 2008:
