Great protein burger-Diet working great so far.
I like the morning star but have not had the Bocca. I am prone to the turkey burger due to the fact that I am looking for higher protein sources and the 95/5 has 30 grams compared to 18-20 in most others. Also 5 grams of fat is the lowest I have seen as well. The only problem is that I can only find them at Sam's club.

If you like turkey burgers the Jennie o 95/5 burger is 5 grams fat and 30 grams protein. I think they taste great. Also averaging 230 g protein, 100 g carbs and 40-50 g fat per day and losing 2 pounds per day over first week.Working out of course but not hungry. 1,500-2,000 calories per day depending on work out, cardio and weights or just cardio. As I am able to work harder I may have to add calories.

protein.
On the average you should try and take in 1 gram of protein for every one pound of body weight. If you are over weight you need to base this number on what you should way. If you work out real hard and are close to your optimimum weight, you should take in more. You can almost never over dose on protein. Worst case your body will expell what it does not need. Carbs are an ongoing debate. I try to get as few Carbs as possible and I always end up eating more than I want. High protein, low but good carbs and add them whenever your body says that it needs more-you will know when! Common sense and the way that you feel work best when mixing protein and carbs. If you say 200 you will most likely be at 300 min.
