To Bodicea--thanks for clarifying or answering Snailpace's question because this is my first day at Fatsecret and I'm stumbling around figuring out how it can benefit me. I've done alot of diets and I just want to count calories and eat what I want but within reason--under doctor's advice (up my calcium), and warning (high cholestrol). I'm not a teenager like Snailpace but I'm assuming and hoping that the energy/calorie estimate FatSecret came up with for my age is accurate and I'll go with that. Ro.
