I woke up this morning in such a bad mood! I hate that but since I do know I'm in a bad mood, I try not to take it out on my boyfriend. I realize there are things I would really like to lash out at him about (and really I'm justified), but I know that with dieting and not drinking and exercising I am doing a lot of things and I need to be responsible for my "words". I've told him I'm in a grumpy mood and just need some space. He gives this to me which is one of the things I love about him.
My focus today is stay the course. It is a STEADY as SHE GOES day and I hope to report that the ship reached the harbor in one piece and the storm didn't take any other ships with it!!!

Today was a DON'T Day!! Don't feel like exercise, Don't feel like eating right, Don't feel like not having a beer...
Turned into a DID day!! I did exercise, I did eat right and I didn't have any beer.
Boy it feels good...

Proud to say not only was it a DID day, it was 45 mins of walking in the great sunshine. So beautiful here today... Spring has sprung and I'm so excited. I am just jazzed I got off the couch and moved. Felt so good. Making a low carb pizza tonight. Love Linda's recipe at Genaw.com. Her low carb recipes are so great!! I'm loving this site. It is the first place I've actually recorded food and exercise. Even thought its only been two days, Its been TWO DAYS!! Feel good!

Going to make today another DO day! Going to get off the couch and DO some exercise. Hoping to be able to record later today it was another DID day! Hope everyone has a great day and has a healthy day.

It was a DO DAY!! I walked 30 mins and felt so good. Just need to take one day at a time on so many different levels.
