Proud to say not only was it a DID day, it was 45 mins of walking in the great sunshine. So beautiful here today... Spring has sprung and I'm so excited. I am just jazzed I got off the couch and moved. Felt so good. Making a low carb pizza tonight. Love Linda's recipe at Genaw.com. Her low carb recipes are so great!! I'm loving this site. It is the first place I've actually recorded food and exercise. Even thought its only been two days, Its been TWO DAYS!! Feel good!
