Anyone else experience headaches when they first began?

Advice welcome
Thank you for your recommendations lowridevbv2001- I agree about the sugars in the juice, I'll stick to water from now on. Do you have any thoughts on the amount of fruit to eat each day- I know they have natural sugars and we are advised to eat 5 portions of fruit and vegetables but are there any I should avoid??

Worth recording measurements?
I measured my hips, tummy, thighs and upper arms today to hopefully be able to see the cm's decreasing (note the positive thinking!)
Do you all record this and note the changes sometimes more than weight?

Thanks hello_sunshine- think you're right about increasing the excercise. And thank you for the encouragement pam-u-la. I'm looking into vegan recipes with increased protein.

Advice welcome
Thank you for your good advice thynes, I will hopefully be able to look at either what's missing or what needs removing from my diet by logging what I eat and receiving advice. Truth is, I never really have 'studied' what I ate before... would eat a balanced diet, excercise and weight wasn't a problem... something's changed!...often happens without us realising though I guess- habits slip in. Oh well, onwards and upwards (or should that be downwards in weight terms- ha ha)
