I am fighting the carb cravings again-bad. I need to suck it up and start paying more attention again. Fewer snacks and better food. My fridge is full of veggies-maybe I need some new recipes to liven things up a bit.

I indulged in some movie theater popcorn yesterday and then for some stupid reason ordered fish and chips for dinner. I only ate half of my dinner. My body has definitely made a change, because I was up vomiting all night long. Dinner didn't even taste good too me. I should have ordered the grilled salmon and steamed broccoli. Note to self-that fried crap makes you sick and will kill you eventually. duh!

I did so good on wed-for the most part-did AWESOME on Thursday and then I went on a major bender on Friday. What is wrong with me? Maybe I was just too hungry...I sabotage myself and it's ridiculous! I am doing better today. Will have chicken for dinner with a veggie. GET BACK ON TRACK! I need to let it go. It was just one day. (sigh) I am stronger than this!!!

I have come to the conclusion that all of the eating out is how I have gotten so fat! Duh, right? With a little bit of planning and conviction I am making much better choices at restaurants. Tonight I had the strip steak with steamed broccoli and fruit, with a small salad. I bet I ate less than 1/2 of my steak. I didn't have the potato soup-which looked and smelled divine-i didn't have a loaded baked potato-or corn. No rolls or toast either. i also drank water instead of pop. I am way under my daily calories and I am kind of hungry tonight, but I will survive! :) I made a cheesecake to take to a bbq tomorrow. I am going to have ONE delicious bite and SAVOR it-and a bowl of strawberries for desert. I am not going to let myself over indulge just because it's a holiday. Wish me luck!
