I am fighting the carb cravings again-bad. I need to suck it up and start paying more attention again. Fewer snacks and better food. My fridge is full of veggies-maybe I need some new recipes to liven things up a bit.

I still have to have snacks in the house for my husband but if I make sure to have plenty of healthy snack options for me. It seems to help me not want the bad stuff so much.
