I'm married and have three children; two boys who are 18 & 14, and my daughter is 10. I lost all my weight after my daughter was born, but about five years ago I started gradually gaining until I reached 197. I realized that I had to do something so I got serious on Weight Watchers and lost down to 163, my goal is to be back around 130. I have recently started back to work and have started gaining again, back up to 177.5 now, and because of my schedule changing it's hard for me to focus on myself and my weight goals. I am hoping to find motivation and encouragement here. I have joined a couple of challenges and wish everyone success, including me!! :)
