I am 31 and live in manchester england at my heavest weight i was 14st which was 8 years ago. since than I have lost 4st but then had two lovely children and i put all the weight back on. My youngest child was born three years ago and i am now at my lowest weight i have ever been but i still have 1st lose to get to my goal weight.
