Today is day 11 in Phase II of the Fat Smash Diet and I'm not quite sure what to think. During Phase I the weight loss was about 1lb/day. Now I'm pretty much at 1lb/week. Is this normal? I thought it would be more. Don't get me wrong, I'm fine with 1lb! The slower it comes off the more likely it will stay off! Not to mention I'm very close to my goal and I've heard the last 10 are the most difficult. I'd just like to see more than 1lb/week! :)

My workout routine is treadmill (35min), the next day is the elliptical trainer (35min). I try to switch everday and hopefully soon I'll be purchasing a stationary exercise bike to switch it up even more. The diet recommends 5 days of working out/week, and I'm getting in 6 with Sunday off.

Interesting surprise: Last night I weighed my chicken to make sure I wasn't eating too much. When I stopped at what I thought would be 4ozs it was only 2oz!! I was surprised and increased the portion to 4oz and added steamed veggies. I was unable to finish my plate.
