Saturday, the day of the shrimp boil, I walked for 50 minutes and that evening did 35 minutes on the elliptical trainer. I indulged in shrimp, crab, homemade egg rolls, sushi, and cake (all in strict moderation), AND stayed away from alcohol. I was so proud of myself!! All in all I didn't gain or lose a thing which made me feel so much better about cheating. I'm back on track now and can't wait until next Monday to weigh in and see the results.

After seeing my success, both of my parents are considering the Fat Smash Diet.

**Discovered sugar free dark chocolate by Dove, AWESOME!! Surprisingly enough, one piece satisfied my sweet craving!

The one thing I noticed is, when I decide to cheat I am more aware of how much or what I pick to "cheat" with..before starting this, what I thought was an "ok" food really turned out not to be such a good food. Your chart is really look good, keep up the good work!
