Today is going much better. I got up early to walk 3 miles and then headed to Curves. I've got a day of cooking planned..trying to prepare for the next week.
I weigh in tomorrow and am hoping to lose a bit but will be happy if I stay the same. I've really been off my game this past week but feel like I'm getting back on track.

This week hasn't been great. I returned last Saturday from a 3 day work trip to Southern California and have been off track ever since. I haven't been to Curves or walked all week. To make matters worse, I had way too many carbs/calories last night. Darn corn muffins again.
I'm back on track today and I plan to visit Curves tonight and walk my 3 miles tomorrow. But I'm really disappointed that I did that. I realized long ago that I am an emotional eater but I thought I had a decent handle on my triggers. I must be feeling stress that I haven't acknowledged. Well I'm looking out for it now!
