This week hasn't been great. I returned last Saturday from a 3 day work trip to Southern California and have been off track ever since. I haven't been to Curves or walked all week. To make matters worse, I had way too many carbs/calories last night. Darn corn muffins again.

I'm back on track today and I plan to visit Curves tonight and walk my 3 miles tomorrow. But I'm really disappointed that I did that. I realized long ago that I am an emotional eater but I thought I had a decent handle on my triggers. I must be feeling stress that I haven't acknowledged. Well I'm looking out for it now!

It happens to ALL of us! You'll be fine! You've made such a huge progress, I don't see anything getting in your way. Just remember, YOU are MY inspiration!!! Just think of it as a mini vacation!!! You gave yourself a little break! And when I cheated last week, I think it helped me start losing this weight again!!!
